This Privacy Policy explains what data the ROMA app ("App", "Service", "we", "us") collects, how it is used and stored, and what rights you have. By using the App, you agree to this Policy.

1. Age Restriction

The Service is intended only for users 18 years of age or older. The App contains romantic and mature-themed content (text chat and short video scenes with fictional, fully AI-generated characters) not suitable for minors. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18; if such an account is discovered, it will be terminated and its data deleted.

2. Information We Collect

• Account data: device or account identifier, email address (if provided), sign-in method.
• Chat content: messages you send to AI characters and related metadata (timestamps, selected character/scenario), used to generate responses and maintain conversation memory.
• Technical data: device type, OS version, app version, IP address, crash logs, feature usage data.
• Payment data: subscription payments are processed by the App Store / Google Play. We do not store or see your full card details.
• Data you provide voluntarily: support requests, feedback, content reports.

We follow a data minimization principle: we do not request or retain information that is not needed to operate the Service.

3. How We Use Your Data

• to generate AI character responses and video scenes;
• to operate, maintain, and secure the App;
• to moderate content and prevent abuse (see Terms of Use);
• to process payments and subscriptions;
• to respond to support requests;
• to comply with legal obligations.

We do not use chat content to serve personalized third-party advertising, and we do not sell user data.

4. AI and Third-Party Processing

To generate text and video content, the App uses artificial intelligence technology, including third-party AI technology providers. Some messages may be sent to these providers to process your request. We require partners to maintain data protection standards consistent with this Policy.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

We keep data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above. Chat history is stored to maintain conversation continuity and can be deleted by you at any time in the app settings. When you delete your account, associated personal data is removed within 30 days, except where we are required to retain records by law (e.g. payment records for tax purposes).

6. Sharing of Data

We may share data with:

• infrastructure and hosting providers;
• AI providers used to generate responses and video content;
• payment processors, to handle subscriptions;
• authorities, where required by law.

We do not share data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• request a copy of your data;
• correct inaccurate data;
• request deletion of your data;
• restrict or withdraw consent to processing;
